  HOW COUNSELLING CAN HELP

Counselling is about talking with an impartial listener in a confidential, non-judgmental, supportive and respectful environment. By doing this you will have the opportunity to explore, to a greater depth, the thoughts and feelings which surround the difficulties and issues you are currently facing. As a counsellor, I will encourage you to draw upon your own resources, helping to you work through problems through increased awareness and understanding in order to develop self-acceptance, personal insight, and to make any changes that you need to make in your life.
