Before I had counselling, I thought I was on my own, I worried about upsetting everyone else, and over time I just did not bother to have an opinion, what was the point, was there anyone to listen? I had to try counselling because I had no where else to go, I was pretty low and had to try something. Realistically I never imagined how much my life would change just by talking to someone, but then I met Julie. It was the best decision I made, she helped me feel justified in being upset and angry, she listened and helped me make sense off my feelings. now I understand that I was normal all along. It has not been easy, but well worth it, I feel stronger more positive and confident, this would not have ever been possible with out the constant help and support from Julie. Many thanks xxx
